Door Trim Kits – Width Explained

Understanding Width Options
In this product, Width refers to the width of the pilasters included with the kit.

Available Pilaster Styles:

  • 5″ Fluted Pilasters – recommended for single doors
  • 7″ Fluted Pilasters – recommended for double doors
  • 7″ Double Raised Panel Pilasters – recommended for double doors

Standard Height:

  • All pilasters are 90″ tall, which includes a 12″ plinth block at the bottom.
  • The plinth block can be trimmed by up to 11″.
  • Pilasters will need to be trimmed to match your door height. Trimming is simple and can be done with standard tools most homeowners already have.
